At MYGIFTVENTURES, we want your products to reach you quickly and in the best possible condition. Below you’ll find all the details about the delivery process, costs, and timelines.

Shipping Prices & Times

Personal pickup from our headquarters (Bucharest): Always FREE.

National delivery(Romania): Flat fee of 30lei (6 EUR) (via Courier or Easybox).

Delivery in Europe: Flat fee of 80 lei (16EUR) (5-7 days).

UK Delivery: Flat fee of 20EUR (7-10 days)

USA & Rest of World Delivery: Flat Rate of 30Eur (10-12 days)

Expedited Worldwide Delivery: 100EUR (2 Days)

Handling

Please note that handling time ads to the delivery time. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days after they are received. For any questions about your order status, feel free to contact us at team[at]mygiftventures.com

Returns

We guarantee the quality on everything we sell. If you think something doesn’t match up to our description of it, return the product for a refund or exchange, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized by MYGIFTVENTURES in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Return Requests must be sent within 30-days from the date of purchase.  We need you to return the product as it is. You are responsible to cover any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility. We only ask that you include a short note telling us why you weren’t completely satisfied. It is mandatory to include the purchase order number as this is equivalent to your sales receipt.

Refund Policy for Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom-made products once the order has been confirmed.

Stock availability

Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by phone or email to find a solution (such as replacing the product, adjusting the order, etc.).
